Laut Europäischer Gesetzgebung muss jeder Reiseveranstalter die Reisekosten der Kunden mit einer Zahlungsunfähigkeitsversicherung schützen. Bezüglich Ihrer Reisekosten hat VipHolidays für Ihre Kunden das Insolvenzrisiko bei den R+V-Versicherungen in Wiesbaden abgedeckt. Alle unsere Kunden erhalten auf Wunsch bei der Buchung ein nummeriertes Zertifikat (Garantiebeweis), mit dem die Reisekostensumme unserer Kunden in Übereinstimmung mit der Deckung des Niederländischen SGR versichert ist.

Versicherung - für Ihre Sicherheit!

Jeder Kunde, der bei VipHolidays bucht, erhält auf Verlangen eine Versicherungspolice zur Deckung der gezahlten Reisekosten. Die Versicherungspolice wird ausgehändigt von der deutschen Versicherungsgesellschaft R+V Versicherung AG. Im Insolvenzfall der VipHolidays oder bei Eröffnung des Insolvenzverfahrens bezüglich des Betriebsvermögens erteilt die Deutsche Gerling AG dem Kunden folgende Garantie:

* Rückerstattung der gesamten Reisekosten, sofern die Dienste nicht - mehr - ausgeführt werden, und
* Rückerstattung der für die Rückreise erforderlichen Kosten.


Wichtig:
Laut §§ 651 k BGB (deutsches Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch) sind Tourenveranstalter seit 1994 verpflichtet, Versicherungspolicen auszustellen.

* Sie müssen im Prinzip nicht bei Reiseveranstaltern buchen, die keine Versicherungszertifikate ausstellen. Diese verstoßen damit gegen das Gesetz.
* Reiseanbieter, die darauf verweisen, dass sie nur Zwischenperson sind, und darum keine Versicherungspolice ausstellen oder behaupten, dass für das Anbieten von Ferienwohnungen eine Insolvenzversicherung nicht verpflichtend erforderlich ist, versuchen in den meisten Fällen, ihre Insolvenzversicherungspflicht zu umgehen.

Sobald Sie Ihre Villa bei VipHolidays gebucht und die Anzahlung geleistet haben, ist die Villa, nach Bestätigung durch VipHolidays, definitiv für Sie gebucht. VipHolidays ist vertraglich verpflichtet, gleichzeitig für Ihre Villa bei den Anbietern/Besitzern eine Anzahlung zu leisten. Noch wichtiger: die Villa wird bei den Anbietern/Besitzern mit ausdrücklicher Angabe Ihres Namens gebucht, als extra Sicherheit für Sie. Wenn etwas passiert, können Sie jederzeit auf Ihre Villa Anspruch erheben, wenn Ihre Name bekannt ist. Das garantieren wir.
