Interior

This spacious, light and airy farmhouse is full of character and charm. The walls are all of lovely mellow limestone and the ceilings have wooden beams. There is a large living and dining room dining room which overlooks the pool area and is open plan to the well equipped kitchen. Dar Ta Munxar has four attractive bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and separate shower room. The three remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. A twin bedroom has an open en-suite bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the valley of Xlendi. There is a further twin bedroom and a shower room on this floor.

Exterior

The outdoor area of this property has fantastic, panoramic views across the valley of Munxar. There is a lovely 6.5x 3.5 metre swimming pool surrounded by a sun bathing terrace with patio dining furniture. There are two spacious roof terraces on the second floor, again with superb vistas, and equipped with a barbeque for alfresco dining.

Amenities

Our beautiful villa is located within the traditional, residential village of Munxar. There is a small local shops within a 10 minute walk and the nearest restaurants are within a short drive away in the popular resort of Xlendi Bay. The nearest cove for swimming can also be found at Xlendi Bay.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service with a mid week towel change and bathroom clean.
