Interior
This villa with it’s features is the best of handcrafted local timbers and stone combined with every modern amenity. The spacious open Living/Dining Room is the center of this comfortable residence, it has main dining table which accommodate up to 12 guests. Villa provides with Billiard Lounge equipped with TV/VCD and a pool table. The villa has four bedrooms, all with concealed air-conditioning units as well as large overhead ceiling fans. Each bedroom has an individual en-suite bathroom featuring the romantic charm of the outdoor shower experience and two of these bathrooms feature a bath tub. All bedrooms have ocean views.In addition the villa features an air-conditioned study and TV room with fully equipped bathroom with bath tub adjacent to the Master Bedroom which can be used as a 5th. bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerators, stove and oven, micro wave, blender and cutlery/crockery to entertain in style. Management of the villa can organise an exclusive BBQ and specially trained cooks can easily prepare Indonesian and Western cuisine or something special for kids.

Exterior
Set on over 2,700 square meters of gently sloping grounds, with a 18m x 4m swimming pool, this villa is a wonderful retreat away from the hectic gaiety of tourist Bali. The tropical gardens have an 18 meter long swimming pool lined with natural green stone and perfectly located to enjoy the sunsets. There is also a tennis court on the property.

The 14 well-trained staff include in addition to the excellent cooks also maids, house boys, gardeners and security guards who live on the premises or nearby. A telephone is installed in the study, and there are four mountain bikes for the guests available. Delightful Balinese music and dance bands can be arranged in the villa's garden or on the beach at sunset. Location
This fabulous villa is nestled in rice fields surroundings with over 100 meters of private beach frontage near the village of Pererenan. It has the ultimate sunset panorama with views over to the Jimbaran Bukit headland, across to the Java coastline and the cloudy peaks of Gunung Agung. It's about 15 minutes by car to the popular "Bali Nirvana Golf Course" or to the trendy restaurants, bars and discos in Seminyak. To the airport it's about 40 minutes depending on the traffic.
