This fantastic villa is situated in the western Algarve and is set on the Penina golf course. This holiday villa is very spacious and has sleeps up to 10 people. This stunning villa is very child friendly and has a Jacuzzi and a heated swimming pool.
 

Interior
The villa gives room up to 10 people. On the first floor is the lovely master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and it has it own balcony with a great view over the mature garden. A twin bedroom is also situated on the first floor. This bedroom also has a en-suite bedroom. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms. One with an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms (by the poolside) share a bathroom. All of the bedrooms are provided with air-conditioning/ heating. Also on the ground floor is a fully equipped, large kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine/dryer, microwave and a separate drinks fridge. The villa has a large entrance hall where the telephone is situated. The villa has a large living room with dining area, flat Screen TV, DVD-player and a HIFI-set with iPod capabilities. In the villa is a selection of card and board games.
 

Exterior
The luxury villa can be rented just round the year because of the internal heating. The villa has a beautiful mature garden with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee. The villa is well set up for family use with a cot, two feeding booster seats, push chair, car seat and a swimming pool that is just 1.5m at its deepest.
 

Service
The villa has complete laundry and linen service, including swimming towels. The laundry and cleaning service are done weekly. Extra cleaning and laundry service can be arranged.
 

Position
The Faro airport is at a 45 minutes drive away from the villa. The town Alvor is at 10 minutes and has a friendly atmosphere and a lively centre with restaurants and bars. Alvor also has sand beaches. Portimao is also 10 minutes driving away. Portimao is a good town to go shopping and it has large supermarkets. The town Lagos is 20 km away and has a very busy marina. There are many golf courses surrounding the villa.
