This special bright villa is modern in design and furnished to a very high luxury standard. It has a huge entrance hall and a very large living room. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and patio doors leading to the sun terraces and pool area. There is a well equipped, open-plan kitchen with a bar, a dining table and a fantastic cast iron stove. A door leads from the kitchen to a conservatory and also to the pool area. This villa has three very attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a lovely queen sized bed, a separate dressing room, an en-suite bathroom. It also has patio doors to a large terrace with brilliant sea and country views. The other bedrooms have twin beds and they share a family bathroom. If wanted, the twin beds can be made double beds for couples. The villa has two separated shower rooms. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms all have the benefit of air conditioning which is integrated in the villa price. The villa has an amazing intercom system between the bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. A games room is provided for your enjoyment. The games room has a full sized snooker table, pool table, table tennis, dartboard and a couple of gym equipment. The villa also has local Melita cable television which allows clients to enjoy diverse English channels. The couch in the living room can be turned into a double sofa bed which gives the villa two extra sleeps.

Large patio doors lead from the living room onto the sun terrace which surrounds the large swimming pool. The swimming pool has a diving board and is entered by ladder steps.
